1. Custom Stitching & Tailoring Agreement

Ridhi's Designer Boutique specializes in premium, bespoke tailoring, custom-fit garments (Designer Blouses, Long Frocks, Lehengas), and delicate hand-embellishment work (Maggam Embroidery).

By placing an order for custom garments, you agree that sizing is based upon the physical dimensions submitted by you during checkout or measured physically in our studio. Minor sizing adjustments (up to 1.5 inches) are completed free of charge within 15 days of order delivery.

2. Artisan & Embellishment Variance

Because our signature Maggam, Zardozi, Gota Patti, and computerized embroidery designs are individually handcrafted or hand-guided by master artisans, minor pattern variations and bead-shading differences may occur. This uniqueness is a hallmark of handcrafted couture and is not considered a defect.

3. Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

Our cancelation and return terms vary based on product types:

• Custom/Bespoke Garments: Orders involving custom sizing, personal measurements, or customized embroidery work cannot be canceled or refunded once cutting or fabric prep begins (usually within 24 hours of order receipt).
• Atelier Shop Products (Ready Wear): If you purchase items from our ready-to-wear digital shop, exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unwashed, unworn, and retains all original boutique tags and invoice receipts.

4. Production Timelines & Dispatches

Standard delivery timeline for digital boutique products is 3 to 7 business days. Custom designer blouses and bridal couture require between 10 to 25 days depending on embroidery complexity.

While we strive to meet all targeted delivery deadlines, Ridhi's Boutique is not liable for minor shipping carrier delays once parcels depart our premises.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) & UPI Confirmations

To provide absolute security, all digital shop orders selecting Cash on Delivery (COD) or UPI payment require verbal or WhatsApp confirmation prior to shipping dispatch. A representative from Ridhi's Boutique will ping you or call your registered mobile number within 24 hours of order placement. Unconfirmed orders will be automatically canceled after 48 hours.
